    As the United States’ first unified border entity, CBP takes a comprehensive approach to border management and control, combining customs, immigration, border security, and agricultural protection into one coordinated and supportive activity. The U.S. Customs Border Protection at JFKIAT was looking to improve and expedite the processing experience of passengers and gain insights into operational efficiencies for staffing in real-time.

    The Problem

    The Beonic team took a consultative approach to work with JFKIAT and the CBP to understand the goals and outcomes for improving passenger and operational efficiencies in real-time.
