End-of-Life Policy

End-of-Life milestones are set out below. A subscription to a software-as-a-service (SaaS) offering includes support for that offering as detailed in the applicable SaaS service description.

During the period between End of Life (EOL) notification and End of Service Life (EOSL) date, Skyfii will continue to investigate, troubleshoot, characterise, and resolve issues.

Milestone Definitions

• End of Development (EOD): The last date that Skyfii product development and engineering will release any final software maintenance or patch release.
• End of Support (EOS): During the period between End of Development and End of Support, Skyfii will continue to investigate, troubleshoot, and characterise issues in an attempt to provide solutions and workarounds.
• End of Service Life (EOSL): After the SaaS offering reaches the EOSL milestone, cloud-hosted services will be decommissioned. Services associated with the EOL SaaS offering are no longer available or accessible, and all associated support ends.
